Technical Support / Operations Team Lead – STA System About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Support / Operations Team Lead to take ownership of the operation, maintenance, uptime, and field support of the STA System installed across bus stations in Gujarat . The role involves leading field engineers and support teams, monitoring system health, coordinating with bus station and depot officials, handling complaints and preventive maintenance, and ensuring reliable operation of announcements, LED displays, networking, and related hardware.
