🎓 IIMA Recruitment 2026 | Research Assistant – Ahmedabad
The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) is inviting applications for Research Assistant positions at the NSE Centre for Behavioural Science (NSE CBS).

🎓 Eligibility & Preferred Background
Applicants who have completed a Master’s Degree from a recognized institute or university in an analytical or human-insights-focused field are preferred.
Relevant areas may include:
Cognitive Neuroscience
Behavioural Finance
Cognitive Science
Neuromarketing
Behavioural Economics
Other related analytical or behavioural science fields
💡 Preferred Skillset
Understanding of consumer behaviour, marketing, finance, economics or data analytics
Experiment-building and stimulus presentation software such as E-Prime / PsychoPy
EEG and eye-tracker data acquisition and analysis
Working knowledge of any programming language
Statistical tools/software such as SPSS or R
📋 Key Responsibilities
Assist faculty members with research projects and experiments
Support participant recruitment and experiment administration
Provide organizational support for experiments
Assist with conferences, webinars, seminars and social media activities
Conceptualize and draft at least one research paper in coordination with faculty
🔬 Research Opportunity
The NSE Centre for Behavioural Science works across management disciplines including finance, economics, marketing, organizational behaviour and human resource management. Its laboratory includes EEG, eye-tracking and galvanic skin response systems for behavioural research.
