📋 Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Take end-to-end recruitment ownership: Sourcing → Screening → Interview Coordination → Offer → Closure.
Drive technical and IT hiring for specialized engineering and software roles.
Partner effectively with hiring managers to understand tight timelines and delivery targets.
Source candidates across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and talent pipelines.
Manage candidate engagement and ensure a smooth candidate experience from interview to onboarding.
🎯 What We Are Looking For:
3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment and tech hiring.
Proven track record of turning urgent requirements into accepted offers.
Strong negotiation, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to meet aggressive hiring targets with high quality standards.
