📋 Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Take end-to-end recruitment ownership: Sourcing → Screening → Interview Coordination → Offer → Closure.
• Drive technical and IT hiring for specialized engineering and software roles.
• Partner effectively with hiring managers to understand tight timelines and delivery targets.
• Source candidates across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and talent pipelines.
• Manage candidate engagement and ensure a smooth candidate experience from interview to onboarding.

🎯 What We Are Looking For:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment and tech hiring.
• Proven track record of turning urgent requirements into accepted offers.
• Strong negotiation, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to meet aggressive hiring targets with high quality standards.
